Exchange and Return

At our Tafaseel Perfumes online store, we will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible. We have simplified the return or exchange process through the following procedures:

Return and Exchange Policy:

• If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact us first.

• The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is undamaged and unaltered. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The product price will be refunded to the customer within 14 business days.

• The customer has the right to exchange the product for another before shipment. After shipment, the customer has the right to exchange the product within 14 business days, and must bear the full shipping cost and any difference in the product's price.

• If the product is defective or does not conform to the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days. In this case, the customer must provide proof of shipping costs, including the shipment number, shipping company, and the total cost. The customer is then entitled to a full refund.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

·   Returns and exchanges are not accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt.

·   If the product has changed from its original condition for any reason.

·   If the product has been used beyond its intended purpose.

·   Products manufactured to the customer's specifications.
